摘 要:【目的】明确放线菌SW20的生防应用价值,为菌株的开发应用提供依据。【方法】以放线菌SW20为研究对象,在前期研究基础上,通过对菌株形态特征观察、生理生化特性测定、16S rDNA序列分析对菌株SW20进行鉴定;采用盆栽法测定菌株在茄子植株根际的定殖能力、对茄子植株的防病和促生能力;采用生理生化方法测定菌株产IAA、解磷解钾能力;采用调查病情指数及病株率方法研究菌株对田间茄子黄萎病的防治效果。【结果】将菌株SW20初步鉴定为黄色链霉菌Streptomyces flaveus;该菌株可以在茄子根际存活并大量繁殖,对茄子黄萎病的防效最终可达80.4%,可使茄子植株株高和茎粗分别增加56.2%和29.7%,地上干质量与地下干质量相对于清水对照分别增加60.9%和29.3%,还可以显著增加茄子叶片叶绿素含量。培养72 h该菌株产生IAA为40.12μg/mL,同时菌株还具有一定的解磷、解钾能力;该菌株对田间茄子黄萎病的防效可达70.2%,可使茄子增产9.88%。【结论】经过鉴定将菌株SW20初步鉴定为黄色链霉菌,其可在茄子根际定殖,显著增加茄子叶片中叶绿素和IAA的含量,同时具有一定的解磷解钾能力。SW20对茄子黄萎病具有良好的田间防效和增产效果,具有良好的生防价值。[Objective]The aim is to clarify the biocontrol application value of actinomycetes SW20 and lay a foundation for the development and application of the strains.[Method]Actinomycete SW20 was used as the research object.Based on the of previous studies,the strain was identified by observing morphological characteristics,determining physiological and biochemical characteristics,and analyzing its 16S rDNA sequence.The colonization ability of the strain in the rhizosphere of eggplant and the ability of disease prevention and growth promotion of eggplants were determined by potting test.The ability of IAA production,phosphate-solubilizing and potassium-solubilizing was determined by physiological and biochemical methods.The control effect of SW20 on Verticillium wilt of eggplant in field was studied by investigating disease index and disease strain rate.[Result]The results showed that the strain was preliminarily identified as Streptomyces flaveus.It could survive in the rhizosphere of eggplant and reproduce in large quantities.The control effect on Verticillium wilt of eggplant reached 80.4%,which increased the plant height and stem diameter of eggplant by 56.2% and 29.7%,respectively.The shoot and underground dry weight respectively increased by 60.9% and 29.3%,compared with the control with water.The chlorophyll content of eggplant leaves also increased significantly.After 72 h of culture,the IAA produced by the strain was 40.12 μg/mL,moreover,S. flaveus also had a certain ability to hydrolyze phosphorus and potassium. The control effect of S. flaveus on Verticillium wilt of eggplant in the field reached 70.2%,which increased the yield of eggplant by 9.88%.[Conclusion]After identification,the strain SW20 was preliminarily identified as Streptomyces flavus,which could colonize the rhizosphere of eggplant,significantly increase the content of chlorophyll and IAA in eggplant leaves,and had a certain ability to dissolve phosphorus and potassium.SW20 has good field control effect,yield increasing effect on eggplant Vert
