摘  要:【目的】果实套袋是果品优质生产的重要栽培技术措施。研究不同套袋处理对金沙柚果实品质的影响,旨在优化金沙柚套袋方案,提升果实品质。【方法】采用8年生金沙柚为试验材料,以不套袋为对照,采用5种不同套袋时间、6种不同纸袋类型、3种不同摘袋时间,通过比较果实内外在品质,并结合第二年重复试验获得最佳套袋方案。【结果】双层和三层套袋处理果实的果皮a^(*)值、CCI值显著高于单层纸袋处理和不套袋处理,h^(*)值则与其结果相反;与不套袋相比,不同纸袋套袋处理总类胡萝卜素均显著下降,总叶绿素只在双层和三层纸袋中的合成受到抑制;双层和三层的纸袋处理果皮总类胡萝卜素/总叶绿素比值显著高于单层纸袋处理果皮;双层纸袋套袋处理相比其他纸袋类型的果实既保持良好外观又具有优质的内在品质。过早套袋(6月15日)会导致果实外观品质(a^(*)值和CCI值)和内在品质(可溶性固形物、总糖、Vc、可滴定酸)下降,不同时间套袋果实总叶绿素和总类胡萝卜素含量无显著差异。随着套袋时间的推迟,糖酸比和固酸比呈现逐渐增加的趋势。提前摘袋可提高b^(*)值、CCI值和类胡萝卜含量/叶绿素含量比值,但提前摘袋的果实向阳面会明显黄于果实背阳面,存在明显色泽不均匀情况;提前摘除纸袋后期恢复光照处理,果皮总叶绿素含量显著下降,并且提前15 d果实叶绿素含量显著低于提前30 d摘除纸袋;除总糖外,其他内在品质与不提前摘袋处理差异不显著。此外,综合不同套袋处理结果获得最佳套袋方案与第二年重复试验结果一致。【结论】不同套袋时期、摘袋时期及不同纸袋类型处理均会影响金沙柚果实品质,其中双层纸袋套袋处理较好,且套袋及摘袋时间均不宜过早。确定于7月5日套双层外红内黑纸袋、于成熟时带袋采收为金沙柚最佳套袋方案,该研究对�[Objective]Fruit bagging is an important cultivation technique for high quality fruit production.This study aims to study the effects of different bagging treatments on the fruit quality of Jinsha pomelo.[Method]Using 8-year-old Jinsha pomelo as experimental material and non-bagging as control,5 types of bagging time,6 types of paper bags,3 types of picking time,were tested and the internal and external quality of the fruit were compared,the best bagging scheme was obtained through repeated tests.[Result]The pericarp a^(*) value and CCI value of double-layer bagging and three-layer bagging were significantly higher than those of single-layer bagging and non-bagging.The results of h^(*) value and CCI value were opposite.The total Carotenoid content decreased significantly in different types of paper bagging,and the total chlorophyll was inhibited only in doublelayer and three-layer paper bagging.The ratio of total Carotenoid and total chlorophyll in the pericarp of twolayer and three-layer paper bagging was significantly higher than that of single-layer paper bagging.Compared with other types of paper bagging,the double-layer paper bagging not only keep good appearance but also have high intrinsic quality.The difference of bagging time affected the color of pericarp.The pericarp of bagged fruits in July was significantly yellower than that in June.Bagging as early as on June 15 resulted in a loss of both external value like a^(*) value and CCI value and internal fruit quality including soluble solid,total sugar,Vc,titratable acid.There was no significant difference in total chlorophyll and total Carotenoid content between bagged fruits at different time.With the delay of bagging time,the ratio of sugar to acid and the ratio of solid to acid showed an increasing trend.Early removal of paper bags can increase b^(*) value,CCI value and the carrot content and chlorophyll content ratio.However,the sunny side of the fruit will be significantly yellow than on the back of the fruit,causing significant uneven color distrib
