摘　　要：[目的/意义]学术图书是人文社会科学重要的学术产出形式,结合现有研究基础,从多维角度建立科学合理的人文社会科学学术图书影响力评价指标体系,进行学术图书影响力评价的有益探索。[方法/过程]文章从学术影响力和社会影响力两个维度,选取图书被引、图书馆藏、学者影响力、书评、微信微博数据、网上书城评论等指标,构建人文社会科学学术图书影响力评价指标体系。以江苏省第十六届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖以上的图书进行实证分析,利用CNKI、读秀、WorldCat、微信、当当网、豆瓣等平台获取传统计量指标和Altmetrics指标数据,运用CRITIC赋权法、TOPSIS综合评价法对269本图书进行影响力评价实证研究。[结果/结论]提出的中文人文社会科学学术图书影响力评价指标体系具有较强的可推广性。未来应该加大图书在不同渠道的宣传力度,加速相关数据平台建设,探索更加全面有效的评价机制。[Purpose/significance] Academic books are an important academic output form of humanities and social sciences.Based on the existing research basis, from a multi-dimensional perspective, we should establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the impact of humanities and social sciences academic books, so as to carry out a beneficial exploration in the evaluation of the impact of academic books.[Method/process] From the two dimensions of academic impact and social impact, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of academic books imapct in humanities and social sciences, including book citation, library collection, scholar influence, book review, WeChat and Weibo data, online bookstore reviews, etc.It takes the books that won the second prize or above in the 16th excellent achievement award of philosophy and Social Sciences in Jiangsu Province for empirical analysis.It obtains data of traditional measurement indicators and altmetrics indicators from CNKI,DuXiu, WorldCat, WeChat, Dangdang, Douban and other platforms.And it uses CRITIC weighting method and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method to conduct empirical research on the impact evaluation of 269 books.[Result/conclusion] The impact evaluation index system of Chinese humanities and social sciences academic books proposed in this paper has strong popularization.In the future, we should strengthen the publicity of books in different channels, accelerate the construction of relevant data platforms, and explore a more comprehensive and effective evaluation mechanism.
