摘  要:对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰电熔法玻璃化制品的工艺进行了研究,发现添加飞灰的质量分数为40%时,玻璃态样品具有优异的耐酸、耐水和耐碱性能。按照GB/T 41015—2021《固体废物玻璃化处理产物技术要求》进行检测,发现样品的各项指标远优于技术要求中规定的指标,尤其是绝大多数样品未检出可浸出的有害物质含量。采用该方法制备的玻璃适用于装饰玻璃、水淬玻璃及玻璃棒等制品,是生活垃圾资源化、飞灰玻璃制品高值利用的有效探索。The technology of vitrification products by using fly ash from domestic waste incineration as raw material is studied.When the addition amount of fly ash is 40%,the samples are all in a good glassy state,and have excellent acid,water and alkali resistance.According to the latest national standard“Technical Specification for Solid Waste Vitrification Products”,the test results show that the obtained samples are far better than the technical requirements,especially the content of leached hazardous substances,most of which are in an undetected state.It eliminates obstacles for resource utilization of fly ash,which is a high-value utilization of vitrification products made from fly ash.
