摘　　要：介绍了制瓶机吹气头的结构和吹气、排气的工作原理及作用,重点是吹气头在热瓶内冷却的原理,分析了吹气头动作与相关机构的相互关系,最后叙述了吹气头潜在的缺陷。该工作对深入理解工艺过程及原理、保证产品质量具有重要意义。The structure of blowhead is introduced,followed by the discussion of the working mechanism and function of blowing and exhausting.The discussion of the principles of cooling in hot bottles is focused particularly.Then the movement of blowhead and its relation to its structure are studied.Finally,the potential defects of the blowhead are described.
