摘　　要：为支撑实时远程调览全省(区、县)智慧广电的建设情况,建设远程控制系统实现区(市)本地机顶盒业务交互。采用基于WebRTC的机顶盒拨测控制系统对机顶盒实现自主控制和输出画面的采集编码,实现机顶盒侧业务质量的远程监测,为各类智慧广电业务终端的落地提供智能化、自动化的评估和测控手段。In order to support real-time remote access to the construction of smart radio and television in the province(district,county),build a remote control system for district(city)local set-top box business interaction.The WebRTC-based set-top box dialing and testing control system is used to realize independent control of the set-top box and the acquisition and encoding of the output screen,realize the remote monitoring of the service quality of the set-top box side,and provide intelligent and automatic evaluation and measurement and control means for the implementation of various smart broadcasting business terminals.
