摘 要:基于自主搭建的电场破乳协同型油水分离器室内试验样机,针对由10号白油和超纯水配制的W/O型模拟乳化液,开展高频/高压脉冲交流电场作用下的破乳脱水动态试验研究。首先借助FBRM粒径分析测量仪和乳化液稳定性分析仪进行模拟乳化液的稳定性评价,然后采用离心法和卡尔费休法进行油水分离器脱水性能评价,探究电场参数(电压、频率、占空比)和工况参数(电场作用时间、水力停留时间)等因素对乳化液电场破乳脱水效果的影响规律。试验结果表明:2种评价方法都可用于乳化液含水体积分数测定,但是应用场合需要根据乳化液乳化程度而定;合适的电场参数和操作参数对保证电场破乳协同型卧式油水分离器的破乳脱水效果至关重要,对于所配制含水体积分数为20%的W/O型乳化液而言,最优电场参数为电压峰-峰值2.7 kV、频率4 kHz、占空比10%,水力停留时间为20 min,此时分离器油出口样品的含水体积分数能够降低至3.5%。研究结果可为电场破乳协同型三相分离器的工程放大设计及结构改进提供参考。Based on the laboratory experimental prototype of electric field emulsion breaking-assisted oil-water separator,the dynamic experimental study of emulsion breaking and dewatering under the high-frequency/high-voltage pulsed AC electric field was performed for simulated W/O emulsions of mixed No.10 white oil and ultra-pure water.First,the stability of the simulated emulsion was evaluated using the FBRM particle size analyzer and emulsion stability analyzer.Then,the dewatering performance of the oil-water separator was assessed by the centrifugal and Karl Fischer methods to investigate the patterns of effects of electric field parameters(voltage,frequency,duty cycle)and working condition parameters(electric field working time,hydraulic retention time)on the dewatering performance of electric-field emulsion breaking.The experimental study shows that the two evaluation methods are both applicable to water content determination of emulsions,but the applications are dependent on emulsification degrees.For the prepared W/O emulsion with 20%water content,the optimal electric field parameters are a peak-to-peak voltage of 2.7 kV,a frequency of 4 kHz,a duty cycle of 10%and hydraulic retention time of 20 min to reduce water content of samples at the separator outlet.The findings of this research provide references for scale-up engineering design and structural optimization of the electric field emulsion breaking-assisted three-phase separator.
