摘  要:乳化沥青是热力学不稳定体系。通常,通过降低油-水界面张力,增加静电排斥作用和引入高分子熵排斥作用,延长沥青乳液稳定性。研究分析比对了三种聚丙烯酰胺类稳定剂化学结构,用胶体磨分别制备了三种阳离子型SBS改性沥青乳液,其储存稳定性均高于产岛标准的要求。尽管助剂水溶液的固含量甚至比乳液低二个数量级,但是,由于大分子链之间缠结致使助剂水溶液的黏度大,又由于大分子链乳化过程中解缠结与卷曲吸附到沥青颗粒表面而使沥青乳液的黏度反而低。正是由于大分子链构象转变,稳定助剂水溶液的电导率则低于乳液的电导率,这有利于改善乳液的储存稳定性。三种乳液破乳后的沥青三大性能显示,阳离子高分子量聚丙烯酰胺助剂明显提高了沥青的软化点但又降低了延度。Asphalt emulsion is a thermodynamically unstable system.In general,the stabilty of asphalt emulsion is extended by reducing the interfacial tension between oil and water,increasing electrostatic repul-sion and introducing i the entropy repulsive effect of the polymer.In this paper,the chemical structure of three polyacrylamide stabilizers was studied,analyzed and compared,and three cationic SBS modified asphalt emul-sions were prepared with colloid mill,and their storage stabilty was higher than that of product standards.Al-though the solid content of the aqueous solution of the additives was even two orders of magnitude lower than that of its corresponding asphalt emulsion,the viscosity of the aqueous solution of the additive is large due to the entanglement between the macromolecular chains,and the viscosity of the asphalt emulsion is low due to the intertwined macromolecular chains can be opened and adsorbed to the surface of the asphalt particles during the emulsification process.Meanwhile,the conformational change of the macromolecular chain,the conductivity of the aqueous solution of the stabilizer is lower than that of the asphalt emulsion,which is conducive to improving the storage stability of the asphalt emulsion.F rom the performance of the asphalt after the demul-sification of the three emulsions,it can be seen that the high molecular weight cationic polyacry lamide addi-tives can significantly improve the softening point of the asphalt but reduce the ductility.
