冻融循环作用下橡胶颗粒沥青混合料性能研究

摘  要:为了研究橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的耐久性能,采用SMA-13级配试件的多次冻融试验方法,测试了掺3%橡胶颗粒的高粘改性沥青(RHVA)和SBS改性沥青(RMA)两种橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的高温、低温、抗飞散以及抗水损害等路用性能。结果表明,高粘改性沥青和SBS改性沥青的橡胶颗粒沥青混合料表现出优异的综合性能,高粘改性沥青的低温性能提升约8%,经10次反复冻融循环作用后,两种沥青混合料的路用性能仍满足规范技术要求,均具有较好的耐久性能,而RHMA混合料较RMA混合料表现更优的综合性能,更适合严寒环境,在防冰雪灾害道路工程中,可作为抑制冻结铺装路面优选的沥青结合料。The paper aims to investigate the durability of rubber granular asphalt mixture.The pavement performances of asphalt mixture using two kind of binders,high viscosity modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,mixed with 3%rubber particles at high temperature,low temperature,Kentabau dispersion and water damage resistance were tested by repeated freeze-thaw cycles method.After several freeze-thaw cycles,the pavement performances of the two asphalt mixtures can meet the technical requirements;The comprehensive performances of RHVA mixture shows better than RMA mixture,and in which the low temperature perform-ance is increased by about 8%.After repeated freeze-thaw cycles,the rubber granular asphalt mixtures of the two kind of modified asphalts still have good pavement performances and good durabilty,RHVA has bet-ter comprehensive performances and is more suitable for the severe cold environment.It can be used as the preferred asphalt binder.
