摘　　要：大型合成氨装置在开车过程中要放空一定的气体,造成较大的浪费。通过对开车过程中放空至火炬系统的两路气体流程进行改造,回收至燃料气系统,从而节约燃料天然气,达到减少经济损失的目的。During the commissioning of large scale synthetic ammonia plant,certain amount of gas was vented to the flare,bringing large amount of waste.A reformation was carried out to change the two-route gas flow flare system to the fuel gas system for recovery,which saved the utilization of natural gas as fuel gas,and reduced the economic loss.
