摘 要:空分装置汽轮机进汽温度、压力升高时,汽轮机主推力瓦温度升高,氮气增压机输入轴推力瓦温度降低;反之,当汽轮机进汽温度、压力降低时,汽轮机主推力瓦温度降低,氮气增压机输入轴推力瓦温度升高。针对两机组轴瓦温度“跷跷板”效应,结合偶尔出现的轴瓦温度超过报警值现象,对工艺参数和机械参数进行分析,确定异常原因为汽轮机与氮气增压机之间的齿式联轴器卡滞,通过制定并实施相应的解决措施,使问题得到了解决。In air separation unit,when the inlet temperature and pressure of steam turbine ascends,the temperature on main thrust shoe of steam turbine rises.However the temperature on the input bearing thrust shoe of nitrogen booster descends.On the contrary,when the inlet temperature and pressure of steam turbine descends,the temperature on main thrust shoe of steam turbine falls,the temperature on input bearing thrust shoe of nitrogen booster ascends.Looking at the “seesaw” type effect,and taking into consideration of happened overtemperature alarm on bearing bush,we analyzed the process and mechanical parameters,determined the cause of the abnormal,which was the stuck of gear coupling between steam turbine and the booster.Corresponding measures were put forward,and the problem was solved.
