合成气冷却器蒸发器更换的工艺方法探讨

摘　　要：气化装置运行中频繁出现合成气冷却器入口堵灰,气化炉合成气冷却器蒸发器水冷盘管多次磨损减薄泄漏等故障,为从根本上杜绝因设备泄漏造成生产不稳定的情况,对蒸发器进行了整体更换。结合在气化炉合成气冷却器设备更换过程中出现的问题进行了分析讨论,使装置得以安全、稳定、长周期运行。During the operation of gasification plant,there frequently happened the ash block at the inlet of syngas cooler,and the cooling water coil in syngas cooler evaporator abraded and became thin and even got leakage.To solve the problem thoroughly for steady operation,the evaporator bulk was changed.Some problems happened during changing of the evaporator were analyzed for the safe,steady and long term operation of the plant.
