摘　　要：目的了解玉溪市MPDS的运用情况,找出MPDS运用中出现的问题,为提高MPDS使用质量提供科学依据。方法调取Pro QA数据库2021年11月-2022年4月间进入MPDS的事件资料,分析玉溪市MPDS的运用情况。结果应进MPDS总事件数为11832件,实进9716件,MPDS使用率为82.12%,生成调度编码7215件,调度编码生成率74.26%,中途放弃事件2501件,放弃率25.74%;在MPDS的33种主诉预案中,除两种预案(预案22、33)外,其余31种预案均有使用,使用最多的前三种预案分别是预案29、26、31;引进MPDS后,电话平均受理时间(4~5 min)较未引进之前(1 min左右)有所延长;事件响应级别以D级别占比最大,Ω级别占比最小。结论玉溪市使用MPDS总体水平不错,但也存在一些需要改进的地方,其中调度员缺少工作热情、服务质量不高、对质控提出的问题不加以重视、对预案不熟悉等问题比较普遍。Objective To understand the application of medical priority dispatching system(MPDS)in Yuxi City,find out the problems in the application of MPDS,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of MPDS.Methods The event data entering MPDS in Pro QA database from Nov.2021 to Apr.2022 were collected to analyze the application of MPDS in Yuxi City.Results The total number of entering MPDS events should be 11832,and the actual number was 9716,the utilization rate of MPDS was 82.12%,7215 scheduling codes were generated,and the rate of scheduling codes was 74.26%,a total of 2501 cases were abandoned in the middle of the course,with an abandonment rate of 25.74%.Among the 33 chief complaint plans of MPDS,except for two plans(plans 22 and 33),the remaining 31 plans were all used,and the top three most used plans were plan 29,26 and 31.After the introduction of MPDS,the average telephone processing time(4 to 5 minutes)was longer than before the introduction of MPDS(about one minute).The D level has the largest proportion,and the level has the smallest proportion.Conclusions The overall level of using MPDS in Yuxi City is acceptable,but there are some areas that need to be improved.Among them,the dispatchers lack enthusiasm for work,the service quality is not high,they do not pay attention to the problems raised by quality control,and they are not familiar with the plan.
