摘　　要：在新时代创新创业背景下,如何发挥退役军人在社会主义现代化建设中的重要作用,已成为当今社会的重要课题。以创业带动就业,已成为引领时代发展的大方向,引导退役军人积极投身到“大众创业、万众创新”的实践中,对于更好地实现退役军人的自身价值、助推经济社会发展、服务国防和军队建设,都具有重要的现实意义。以退役军人创业机制作为研究对象,访谈多地退役军人事务局,了解退役军人创业现状,分析遇到的问题,并提出相关的对策建议,以期为政府完善退役军人创业机制提供参考。Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era,how to give full play to the important role of ex-servicemen in socialist modernization has become an important topic in today’s society.Employment driven by entrepreneurship has become a general direction leading the development of The Times.It is of great practical significance to guide ex-servicemen to actively participate in the practice of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,to better realize their own value,boost economic and social development,and serve national defense and army construction.This study takes the entrepreneurship mechanism of ex-servicemen as the research object,interviews the affairs bureau of ex-servicemen in many places,understands the entrepreneurship status of ex-servicemen,analyzes the problems encountered,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the government to improve the entrepreneurship mechanism of ex-servicemen.
