摘　　要：同城配送用户对配送时效性要求较高。因此,首先提出建立将地下地铁运输与地面道路运输相结合的轴辐式配送模式,从而能够使得配送具有稳定、较高的时效。然后,刻画用户同城快递服务体验即评价度,建立最大化用户评价度的末端配送路径优化模型。选取上海市某物流公司进行实证研究,结果表明该模型能够满足大部分用户的配送时效要求。In intra-city delivery,users have high requirements for delivery timeliness.Firstly,we propose a hub-spoke delivery mode combining underground metro transportation and aboveground road transportation,which can make the delivery with stable and high time efficiency.Then,the end delivery path optimization model is established to maximize the user evaluation degree by portraying the user’s intra-city delivery service experience.A logistics company in Shanghai is selected for the empirical study,and the results show that the model can meet the delivery time efficiency requirements of most users.
