摘　　要：应对突发公共事件,信息畅通生命攸关,应急语言服务的重要性日益彰显。国家应急语言服务团的建立标志着应急语言服务正在步入规范化、体系化、标准化轨道。现实中,应急语言服务团成员来源多元,背景不一,应急语言能力参差不齐,开展应急语言团培训工作不可或缺。从应急语言服务团“平时备急”的理念出发,探讨应急语言服务团培训的内容与路径:内容上,遵从必修与选修相结合的模块化内容体系;方式上,采用自我培训与专家培训相补充,外语院系人才培养与服务国家战略相协调,专题培训与现场实践相并重的多层次培训方式,构建分区域、分群体的场景化、个性化、数字化的培训体系。最后,呼吁完善应急语言服务团培训的政策保障机制,从政策、资源、人才三个层面整合力量,健全国家应急语言服务团的可持续发展机制,进一步提升国家的综合应急管理能力。In response to public emergencies,the smooth flow of information is vital to life,and the importance of emergency language services is becoming increasingly prominent.The establishment of the National Language Service Corps of China marks that the country’s emergency language service is stepping into a new stage of normalization,systematization,and standardization.However,its team members come from diverse backgrounds,and their competencies vary greatly.This paper discusses the contents and approaches of emergency language service corps training:in terms of content,it follows the modular content system combining compulsory and elective curriculum;in terms of approaches,it adopts self-training and expert training;in terms of approaches,self-training and expert training are supplemented,the talent training of the foreign language department is coordinated with the national strategy,together with the multi-level training method with equal emphasis on specialized training and on-site practice,to build a scene-based,personalized,and digital training system by region and group.Finally,the article calls for improving the policy guarantee mechanism for emergency language service corps’training,integrating forces from three levels of policy,resources,and talents,improving the sustainable development mechanism of the national emergency language service corps,and further enhancing the nation’s comprehensive emergency management capabilities.
