政治类外宣文本中的文化外译策略研究——以《习近平谈治国理政》德译本中的“熟语”翻译为例

摘　　要：政治类外宣文本的外译过程中,准确性和敏锐的政治敏感度是外译工作中最为重要的要素。文化要素在中国政治话语的海外传播中具有重要的战略意义。本文基于德国学者Heinrichs的四步文化翻译程序,并依据“熟语”的分类标准对《习近平谈治国理政》德译本中的“熟语”翻译策略进行了评析,最终提出应当基于政治话语的认知规律建构我国文化“走出去”的外宣策略。In the translation of political texts in foreign publicity,accuracy and sharp political sensitivity are the most important elements.Cultural elements are of strategic significance in the overseas spread of Chinese political discourse.Based on the four-step cultural translation procedure of the German scholar Heinrichs and the classification criteria of idioms,this paper evaluates and analyzes the translation strategies of idioms in the German translation of Xi Jinping:The Governance of China.Finally,it is proposed that the translation strategies for“going out”of Chinese culture should be constructed based on the cognitive pattern of political discourse.
