摘　　要：通过总结近20年来乌司他汀在国内外临床应用方面的成果,对乌司他汀药理作用及具体应用进行分析和讨论。乌司他汀的主要作用是抗炎,由于某些临床疾病的发生和发展与炎症因子密切相关,乌司他汀可用于治疗伴有全身炎症反应的疾病,且其在胰腺炎、休克、肝脏疾病、体外循环以及脓毒血症等疾病中被广泛使用。The clinical application of ulinastatin was summarized at home and abroad in past 20 years, and the pharmacological action and specific application of ulinastatin were analyzed and discussed. The main mechanism of action of ulinastatin was anti-inflammatory effect. The occurrence and development of some clinical diseases were closely related to inflammatory factors, so ulinastatin could be used to treat diseases accompanied by systemic inflammatory response, and it was widely used in diseases such as pancreatitis, shock, liver disease, extracorporeal circulation and sepsis.
