摘 要:产品族设计在应对不断细分的全球经济市场和个性化的客户需求方面具有独特的优势。但现有产品族设计研究基于个性化需求进行产品模块配置时,较少考虑供应链的影响。为解决上述问题,本文开发一种面向制造和供应链的产品设计优化流程决策方法。首先,基于客户的功能需求和模块关系矩阵进行客户聚类及相应的产品配置。其次,基于质量/品质需求进行功能模块档次划分和供应商初始配置。最后,以总利润最优为目标,确定各模块的供应商配置。通过一个接触器的客户选择、分类及产品配置过程为案例进行分析。研究结果表明,该方法能有效地综合决策问题的最优解。Product family design has unique advantages in responding to the constantly subdivided global economic market and personalized customer needs.However,the existing research on product family design seldom considers the impact of the supply chain when it configures product modules based on personalized needs.To solve the above problems,this paper develops a product design optimization process decision-making method for manufacturing and supply chains.First,customer clustering and corresponding product configuration are carried out based on customer functional requirements and module relationship matrix.Secondly,based on the quality/quality requirements,the functional modules are classified and the suppliers are initially configured.Finally,the supplier allocation of each module is determined with the goal of optimizing the total profit.Through a case study of contactor customer selection,classification,and product configuration process.The research results show that this method can effectively synthesize the optimal solution to the decision-making problem.
