摘　　要：为了缓解旅游城市内部交通在节假日期间不断出现的交通拥堵、事故频发、应急处理等问题,开发一个可视、可测、可控的旅游城市综合交通监测预警与服务平台是十分必要的。本文提出了一个旅游城市交通监测预警平台的开发方案,对平台建设进行了总体规划与子模块的详细设计,基于T-GIS展现交通资源信息,从用户、性能等角度出发对客流、轨道、路况等方面的数据进行了统计分析。实践的结果表明,该平台从全局上实时掌握城市综合交通的动态信息可以用于缓解交通拥堵、提高公众出行质量以及促进旅游经济的发展。In order to alleviate the traffic congestion,frequent accidents,emergency response and other problems that constantly occur in the internal traffic of tourist cities during holidays,it is necessary to develop a visual,measurable and controllable comprehensive traffic monitoring and warning and service platform for tourist cities.This paper proposes a development plan for a tourism city traffic monitoring and early warning platform,carries out the overall planning and detailed design of sub modules for the platform construction,displays the traffic resource information based on T-GIS,and conducts statistical analysis on the data of passenger flow,rail,road conditions,etc.from the perspective of users,performance,etc.The practice results show that the platform can master the dynamic information of urban comprehensive traffic in real time from the overall perspective to ease traffic congestion,improve the quality of public travel and promote the development of tourism economy.
