摘　　要：目的总结16例具有微小残留病灶及复发难治前体B细胞淋巴细胞白血病患者接受抗CD3/CD19双特异性抗体贝林妥欧单抗治疗的护理经验。方法以2021年8月—2022年2月,医院收治16例B-ALL(1例为慢性粒细胞白血病转变而来)患者为研究对象。采用药物安全输注;准确识别细胞因子释放综合征及神经系统毒性表现;及时有效地评估贝林妥欧单抗治疗患者的器官功能状态等护理方法。结果所有患者中7例出现细胞因子释放综合征(CRS),2例发生肝功能损伤,未出现严重不良反应或≥3级不良反应。结论经过全方位护理,患者的不良反应症状均得到有效控制。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 16 patients with minimal residual lesions and recurrent refractory precursor B cell lymphocytic leukemia treated with CD3/CD19.Methods From August 2021 to February 2022,16 patients with B-ALL(1 with CML transition)were admitted to the hospital.Safe drug infusion was taken;Accurate identification of cytokine release syndrome and nervous system toxicity;Timely and effective organ functional status assessment of patients treated with belintouzumab.Results 7 of all patients had cytokine release syndrome(CRS)and 2 had liver function impairment with no serious adverse reactions or grade 3 adverse reactions.Conclusion After a full range of care,the adverse reactions of patients have been effectively controlled.
