摘  要:综述了填充型导热聚苯硫醚的研究进展,重点介绍了陶瓷材料和碳材料等填料在导热聚苯硫醚复合材料中的应用现状,提出了采用杂化填料、填料取向和填料选择性分布等方式更有利于构建导热网络结构用于改善聚苯硫醚的导热性能,并分析了在保证聚苯硫醚复合材料的力学和加工性能的同时如何提高其导热性能。最后展望了热塑性塑料导热改性研究的发展趋势。The research progress in thermal conductivity of filled polyphenylene sulfide was reviewed.The application of thermally conductive fillers,such as,ceramic materials and carbon materials in thermally conductive polyphenylene sulfide composites was discussed,and the use of hybrid fillers,fillers orientation and selective distribution of fillers was proposed to be more conducive to the construction of thermally conductive network structures for improving the thermal conductivity of polyphenylene sulfide.The improvement of the thermal conductivity of polyphenylene sulfide composites was analyzed under the promise of the mechanical and processing properties.Finally,the future direction of thermal modification of thermoplastics were pointed out.
