摘　　要：采用不同的改性剂对焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)进行表面改性处理,得到不同的改性焦磷酸哌嗪(MPAPP)。经过处理的PAPP粉体疏水性和流动性均得到显著改善,其中含氢硅油(含氢量1.0%)的改性效果最佳。场发射扫描电镜(SEM)测试结果显示,包覆后的PAPP在其表面形成了致密的包覆层,减少了PAPP的粉体团聚,其流动性显著提高。通过比较不同包覆量的改性PAPP粉体性能,发现改性剂质量分数在0.5%时,接触角达到120°,流动性提高至21.4 g/5min。当用量超过0.5%时粉体性能变化不明显。探讨并确定了MPAPP较优处理工艺为反应温度140℃、反应时间90 min、搅拌速度800 r/min。采用MPAPP的阻燃聚丙烯(PP)样条,与未经处理的PAPP阻燃样条相比,其阻燃性和力学性能均得到了一定程度的提高。锥形量热仪测试结果表明,使用MPAPP的样品热释放速率降低23%,样品的热稳定性提高,热释放减缓。Piperazine pyrophosphate(PAPP)was modified with different modifiers to obtain different modified piperazine pyrophosphate(MPAPP).The hydrophobicity and fluidity of treated PAPP were significantly improved, and hydrogen containing silicone oil(especially hydrogen content 1.0%)performed best modification effect in our research.Field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM)results show that a dense coating layer is formed on the surface of MPAPP,which reduces the agglomeration of PAPP,and the fluidity is significantly improved.By comparing the properties of MPAPP with different coating amounts, it is found that the contact angle is above 120° and the fluidity is increased to 21.4 g/5min when the treat amount of modifier reaches 0.5%.The properties are not obviously changed when the treat amount is more than 0.5%.The optimal preparation process of MPAPP is determined as reaction temperature 140 ℃,reaction time 90 min and stirring speed 800 r/min.The flame retardancy and mechanical properties of flame resistant polypropylene(PP)with MPAPP are improved to a certain extent compared with those of untreated PAPP.The results of cone calorimeter show that the heat release rate of the sample using MPAPP decreases by 23%,the thermal stability of the sample is improved, and the heat release slows down.
