摘 要:【目的】揭示江南牡丹可能的起源,为江南牡丹种质资源的遗传背景明晰和种质创新利用提供依据。【方法】利用筛选的14对SSR引物对47份资源376份样品进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。【结果】14对引物共检测平均等位基因的变化区间为1.500~2.786,总体的平均等位基因为1.797,观测杂合度(Ho)变化区间为0.371~0.786,期望杂合度(He)的变化区间为0.250~0.510,平均值分别为0.320和0.560,观测杂合度(Ho)的平均值大于期望杂合度(He)。固定指数(F)的变化区间为-1.000~0.011,平均值为-0.805。等位基因丰富度(Ar)的最大值为2.79(‘香丹’),最小值为1.5,平均值为1.769,基本上为江南牡丹的传统品种。江南牡丹品种中来源于湖南牡丹的品种相对其他来源的品种具有较高的遗传多样性。江南牡丹大部分传统品种与卵叶牡丹显示了较近的关缘关系,其中‘四旋’‘玫红’‘轻罗’‘川红’有很近的遗传距离,整体来讲是一个较为独立的群体。‘凤丹’‘香丹’与杨山牡丹和紫斑牡丹显示了较近的亲缘关系。‘雪源红’和‘香玉’与大部分中原牡丹聚为一类,推测为早年引种至江南地区的中原牡丹品种。【结论】肉质花盘亚组可能没有参与江南栽培牡丹的起源,江南牡丹大部分传统品种有杨山牡丹、卵叶牡丹、紫斑牡丹、矮牡丹和四川牡丹的基因,这些种共同形成了江南牡丹品种群。【Objective】This study aimed to reveal the possible origin of Jiangnan Paeonia suffruticosa,in order to provide a basis for clarifying the genetic background and innovative utilization of Jiangnan P.suffruticosa germplasm resources.【Method】The genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 376 samples from 47 resources were analyzed through the application of 14 pairs of SSR primers.【Result】The average alleles detected by the 14 pairs of primers ranged from 1.500 to 2.786,the average allele of the whole population was 1.797,the range of observed heterozygosity(Ho)was 0.371-0.786,and the range of expected heterozygosity(He)was 0.250-0.510.The mean value of Howas greater than He,with the value of 0.320 and 0.560,respectively.The fixed index(F)varied from-1.000 to 0.011,and the mean value was-0.805.The maximum allele richness(Ar)was 2.79(‘Xiangdan’),and the minimum allele richness(Ar)was 1.5,with an average of 1.769.The samples were mainly the traditional varieties of Jiangnan P.suffruticosa.The varieties from Hunan had higher genetic diversity than those from other sources.Most of the traditional varieties of Jiangnan P.suffruticosa showed a relatively close relationship with Paeonia qiui.Among them,‘Sixuan’,‘Meihong’,‘Qingluo’and‘Chuanhong’had a very close genetic distance and were relatively independent as a group.‘Fengdan’and‘Xiangdan’showed close relationships with Yangshan P.suffruticosa and Paeonia rockii.‘Xueyuanhong’and‘Xiangyu’were grouped with most of Paeonia cathayana,which were presumed to be the P.cathayana varieties introduced to the Jiangnan region in the early years.【Conclusion】The fleshy faceplate subgroup may not participate in the origin of Jiangnan P.suffruticos.Most Jiangnan P.suffruticos varieties share the same genes with Paeonia ostii,Paeonia qiui,Paeonia rockii,Paeonia jishanensis and Paeonia szechuanica,which may be the origin of the Jiangnan P.suffruticos varieties.
