摘 要:从技术原理、研究进展、系统集成和经济性分析四个方面阐述了质子交换膜电解水制氢技术(PEMWE)的研究进展与发展前景.介绍了PEM电解水制氢技术中阴极和阳极的化学反应及影响条件.分别从质子交换膜的结构优化、PEM阳极催化剂的选型、膜电极的结构优化及制备、双极板的性能提升及表面改进、电解池传热传质及流场结构等方面进行了总结.系统集成主要着眼于电解池的动态响应特性和与可再生能源的结合,最后对PEM电解池进行了经济性分析.助力推进质子交换膜电解池研究和技术的进步.The research progress and development prospect of proton exchange membrane electrolysis for hydrogen production(PEMWE)were described from four aspects,such as technical principle,research progress,system integration and economic analysis.The chemical reaction between cathode and anode in PEM electrolysis of water for hydrogen production and its influencing conditions were introduced.The structure optimization of proton exchange membrane,selection of PEM anode catalyst,structure optimization and preparation of membrane electrode,performance improvement and surface improvement of bipolar plate,heat and mass transfer and flow field structure of electrolytic cell were summarized.The system integration mainly focuses on the dynamic response characteristics of the electrolytic cell and the combination with renewable energy.Finally,the economic analysis of PEM electrolytic cell was carried out.It is beneficial to the complementary progress of the research of proton exchange membrane electrolyser.
