摘　　要：日光光动力疗法(daylight-activated photodynamic therapy,DL-PDT)是一种以日光为光源的新型光动力疗法。多项研究显示其疗效与传统光动力相当,但照光中的疼痛及治疗后的炎症反应等不良反应较传统光动力治疗均显著减轻,且操作简便、成本偏低,近年来应用于光线性角化病、面部扁平疣、痤疮、感染性皮肤病、慢性手部湿疹等难治性皮肤病的治疗取得了一定进展。本文就DL-PDT在皮肤科中的治疗应用研究进展进行综述。Daylight-activated photodynamic therapy(DL-PDT)is a new type of photodynamic therapy based on sunlight.Many studies have shown that the curative effect of DL-PDT is equivalent to that of conventional photodynamic therapy,but DL-PDT boasts less pain during illumination and less inflammatory reactions after treatment while being more economic and simpler in operation.In recent years,certain progress has been made in its application in treating photodynamic keratosis,facial verruca plana,acnes,infectious skin diseases,chronic hand eczema and other refractory skin diseases.In this article,the clinical research progress made in treating dermatological diseases with DL-PDT was reviewed.
