摘　　要：汽车电动化、智能化、网联化产业集群的建设与发展已成为汽车工业转型升级的战略方向。作为高质量人才培育主阵地的高职院校,双师师资在数量、能力、分布及人员流动等方面存在问题,影响到教学的有效开展和高质量人才的培养。为此,通过区域校企、校校深度融合,建立双师资源共享智慧平台,实施“优胜劣汰”的动态管理机制,实现优质师资共建共享,企业促进职业教育发展,职业教育更好地服务区域产业。The construction and development of automobile electric,intelligent and networked industrial clusters has become the strategic direction of the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry.As the main position of cultivating high-quality talents,higher vocational colleges have problems in the quantity,ability,distribution and personnel flow of double-qualified teachers,which affects the effective development of teaching and the cultivation of high-quality talents.Therefore,through the deep integration of regional schools and enterprises,schools and schools,establishing double teacher resource sharing intelligent platform and implementing the dynamic management mechanism of survival of the fittest can realize the sharing of high-quality teachers.Enterprises promote the development of vocational education;vocational education serves regional industry better.
