摘 要:在我国现代农业的发展过程中,农业机械的作用可谓不可或缺。对此,为了让农业机械的作用得到最大限度的发挥,使其能高度配合农业作业开展,便需要优化农业机械中基轴制孔系零件数控加工与应用,保障农业作业在高精度下开展,这样便能够最大限度提升农业机械中基轴制孔系零件数控加工与应用的实效性。本文通过阐述农业机械配合基准值的合理选择,提出基轴制孔系的数控加工工艺,并根据实际情况提出农业机械中基轴制孔系零件数控加工与应用途径,这样有利于提升农业机械设备的安装质量,以此推动我国现代农业领域稳定健康发展。The role of agricultural machinery is indispensable to the development of our modern agriculture.In this regard,in order to maximize the role of the agricultural machinery and make it highly compatible with agricultural operations,it is necessary to optimize the NC machining and application of the hole-making components of the base shaft in agricultural machinery,to ensure that agricultural operations in high-precision,so as to maximize the base shaft of agricultural machinery parts CNC machining and application effectiveness.This paper describes the rational selection of agricultural machinery matching reference values,proposes the NC machining process for the base shaft hole system,and proposes the NC machining and application approaches for the base shaft hole system parts in agricultural machinery according to the actual situation,this will help to improve the quality of agricultural machinery installations and thus promote the stable and healthy development of our modern agricultural sector.
