摘  要:主机厂在汽车生产制造过程中,冷媒加注失败问题时有发生,会影响生产线节拍及FTQ(一次下线合格率),造成冷媒加注失败的原因有很多,本文主要针对对主机厂某车型前蒸发器低压管与压缩机进气管接头泄漏问题,通过5M1E分析根本原因,采取控制措施将问题予以解决。In the process of automobile production and manufacturing,refrigerant filling failure problems occur from time to time,which will affect the production line beat and FTQ(one-time off line qualification rate).There are many reasons for refrigerant filling failure,and this paper is mainly aimed at the leakage problem of the joint between the low-pressure pipe and the compressor inlet pipe of the front evaporator of a model of the main engine factory,through 5M1E analysis of the root cause,taking control measures to solve the problem.
