摘  要:重载车辆在不同行驶条件下对路面的破坏程度有所不同,为定量分析何种行驶条件对路面影响最大,从实际路面结构出发,采用有限元仿真模拟对比分析重载车辆在匀速、制动和加速3种行驶状态下对路面不同结构层的动态响应影响规律,以制动为车辆行驶条件,进一步分析不同水平力系数Φ(0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9)对路面结构动态行为的影响。结果表明,3种行驶状态下路面结构层的横向应力和竖向应力差距均在10%左右;而路面结构层在减速和加速行驶状态下的纵向应力和纵向剪应力较匀速增涨幅度可达100%~150%;在分析的Φ范围内,横向应力和竖向应力极值在相邻水平力系数下变化幅度为1%~5%,而纵向应力和纵向剪应力极值随水平力系数的增加而变大,最大差值分别为0.596、0.618 MPa。Heavy-duty vehicles might exert different degrees of damage to the road surface under different driving conditions.In order to quantitatively analyze which driving conditions have the greatest impact on the road surface,this paper started from the actual road surface structure,and used finite element simulation to compare and analyze the dynamic response of heavy-duty vehicles to different structural layers of the road surface under three driving conditions of uniform speed,braking,and acceleration.Taking braking as the driving condition of the vehicle,the influence of different horizontal force coefficientsΦ(0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9)on the dynamic behavior of the road surface structure was further analyzed.The results show that the difference between transverse stress and vertical stress of pavement structure layer under three driving conditions is about 10%.The longitudinal stress and longitudinal shear stress of pavement structure layer under the condition of deceleration and acceleration can increase by about 100%~150%compared with constant speed.In the range ofΦanalyzed,the extreme values of transverse stress and vertical stress change by 1%~5%under the adjacent horizontal force coefficient,while the extreme values of longitudinal stress and longitudinal shear stress increase with the increase of horizontal force coefficient.The maximum differences are 0.596 MPa and 0.618 MPa,respectively.
