药品采购金额、数量与药品集中采购的关系

摘　　要：目的:分析药品采购金额、数量与药品集中采购的关系。方法:分别选取2021年公立医院采购的药品集中采购组织(GPO)第一批品种药品数据和2019年公立医院采购的GPO第一批品种药品数据进行研究,所采购药品均为同规格,比较药品采购品种的使用数据、销售金额,采购药各品种价格比、节省费用。结果:2019年公立医院采购的GPO第一批品种总数量为3034495件(最小使用单位),销售金额约为0.21亿元;2021年公立医院采购的GPO第一批药品总数量约为0.53亿元,销售金额为695.9万元。2019年公立医院采购的GPO第一批品种药品与2021年公立医院采购的GPO第一批品种药品价格比合计1159.5%;费用节省合计为131454亿元。结论:通过药品集中采购的方式可在保障数量的前提下降低采购金额,有助于节省公立医院的药品采购费用。Objective:To analyze the relationship between drug purchase amount,quantity and drug centralized purchase.Methods:The data of the first batch of GPO drugs purchased by public hospitals in 2021 and the data of the first batch of GPO drugs purchased by public hospitals in 2019 were selected respectively for the study.The purchased drugs were of the same specifications.The use data,sales amount,price and cost savings of the purchased drugs were compared.Results:In 2019,the total number of the first batch of GPO varieties purchased by public hospitals was 3,034,495(the minimum user unit),and the sales sum was about 21 million yuan.The total amount of the first batch of GPO drugs purchased by public hospitals in 2021 is about 53 million yuan,and the sales amount is 6.959 million yuan.The price of the first batch of GPO drugs purchased by public hospitals in 2019 and the first batch of GPO drugs purchased by public hospitals in 2021 totaled 1159.5%.The cost savings totaled 13,145.4 billion yuan.Conclusion:Through centralized drug purchase,the purchase amount can be reduced on the premise of ensuring the quantity,which is helpful to save the cost of drug procurement in public hospitals.
