摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下微骨折术治疗中老年膝关节损伤的手术要点和临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月山东省巨野县人民医院收治的中老年膝关节损伤患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规关节清理手术治疗,观察组采用关节镜下微骨折术治疗。比较两组患者膝关节功能与运动功能改善情况[特种外科医院评分表(HHS)、Tegner运动评分表]、手术治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者HHS评分、Tegner运动评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症例数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用关节镜下微骨折术治疗中老年膝关节损伤具有积极意义,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,促进患者康复,改善患者膝关节功能与运动功能。Objective:To explore the surgical points and clinical efficacy of arthroscopic microfracture surgery for the treatment of knee injuries in middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:Eighty middle-aged and elderly patients with knee injuries admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as observation subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional joint cleaning surgery,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopic microfracture surgery.The improvement of knee function and motor function[Hospital for Special Surgery Scale(HHS),Tegner Motor Scale],the effect of surgical treatment,and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the HHS score and Tegner motor score increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficiency of surgical treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of complications in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of arthroscopic microfracture surgery for the treatment of middle-aged and elderly knee injuries has positive significance,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,enhance the treatment effect,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the function and motor function of patients'knee joints.
