中药配方颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析中药配方颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年1月广东省佛山市顺德区勒流社区卫生服务中心收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例。观察组给予胃安颗粒治疗,对照组给予胃安汤汤剂治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率、治疗费用。结果:两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者胃脘胀痛、痞满烦闷、食少纳呆、嘈杂反酸中医证候积分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗费用高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药配方颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎能够获得与中药汤剂相当的治疗效果和治疗安全性,治疗费用略高中药汤剂,但中药配方颗粒便于大规模生产和保存,患者用药方便、快捷。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine formula granule in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Shunde District Leliu Community Health Service Center from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases each.The observation group was treated with Wei'an granules and the control group was treated with Wei'an decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment cost were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total efficiency of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of gastric distension and pain,fullness and boredom,less food and dullness,and noisy acid reflux Chinese medicine symptom score were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment cost of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine formula granules can achieve the same therapeutic effect and treatment safety as traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and the treatment cost is slightly higher than traditional Chinese medicine decoction.However,traditional Chinese medicine formula granules are convenient for large-scale production and storage,and convenient and fast for patients to use.
