米非司酮联合缩宫汤治疗胎盘植入的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨米非司酮联合缩宫汤治疗胎盘植入的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年5月-2022年4月东莞市中西医结合医院接收的胎盘植入患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组给予米非司酮联合缩宫汤治疗。比较两组患者性激素指标、时间指标、不良反应发生率、临床疗效。结果:观察组患者血β-HCG、血孕酮水平低于对照组,黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组β-HCG转阴、阴道出血停止、胎盘排出时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合缩宫汤治疗胎盘植入患者疗效确切,可加快患者病情康复速度,改善患者性激素水平,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with uterine reduction decoction in the treatment of placenta accreta.Methods:Sixty patients with placenta accreta received at Dongguan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2019 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases each.The control group was given mifepristone treatment,and the observation group was given mifepristone combined with uterine reduction decoction treatment.The sex hormone index,time index,incidence of adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The bloodβ-HCG and blood progesterone levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time ofβ-HCG turning negative,vaginal bleeding stopping and placenta expulsion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with uterine reduction decoction is effective in treating patients with placenta accreta,which can accelerate the recovery of patients and improve their sex hormone level with high safety.
