摘  要:[目的]探究不同浓度秋水仙素处理对蚕豆发芽率及蚕豆苗形态指标的影响。[方法]以同一处理时间(24 h),不同浓度秋水仙素(0.01%、0.05%、0.1%与CK清水)处理下的种子进行播种培养,20 d后测其苗高、地径、叶长、叶宽、叶厚相关指标,利用SPSS分析其形态指标,在相同倍镜下观察其气孔数量及气孔形态。[结果]0.01%秋水仙素处理下蚕豆种子发芽率最高;0.10%秋水仙素会导致蚕豆叶片气孔数量增多、气孔形态缩小;0.05%秋水仙素有利于促进蚕豆苗高生长及叶片生长,但导致蚕豆叶片气孔数减少、形态增大。[结论]该研究结果可为生产实践中获得优良蚕豆种子提供借鉴。[Objective] The effects of colchicine at different concentrations on germination percentage and seedling morphology indexes of Vicia faba were investigated. [Method] The seeds treated with the same treatment time(24 h) and different colchicine concentrations(0.01%,0.05%,0.10% and CK clean water group) were seeded and cultured. After 20 days,the seedling height,ground diameter,leaf length,leaf width and leaf thickness were measured. SPSS was used to analyze the morphological indexes,and the stomatal number and stomatal morphology were observed under the same magnification. [Result] The results showed that the germination rate of Vicia faba seeds was the highest under 0.01% colchicine concentration. 0.10%colchicine could increase the number of stomata and reduce the shape of stomata in Vicia faba leaves. 0.05%could promote the high growth and leaf growth of Vicia faba seedlings The number of stomata decreased and the morphology increased. [Conclusion] It would provide reference for obtaining superior Vicia faba seeds in production practice.
