摘　　要：[目的]探究提高潍坊烟区烟叶农场雇工工作效率和工作质量的方法。[方法]通过试验研究了班组制工作模式对于推动烟叶农场雇工工作效率和质量的影响。[结果]班组制的推行能有效提高烟叶农场雇工的工作效率和工作质量,进而提升烟叶农场的收益。[结论]对于因农场规模扩大而造成的雇工管理松懈、效率不高等问题,建议推行班组制来提高雇工工作效率及烟叶农场收益。[Objective] To explore how to improve the working efficiency and quality of workers in tobacco farms in Weifang tobacco area. [Method] The effect of team work mode on the efficiency and quality of tobacco farm employees was studied through experiments. [Result] The implementation of team work mode can effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of employees in tobacco farms,and thus achieve better benefits for tobacco farms. [Concusion] For the problems of slack management and inefficiency caused by the expansion of farm scale,it is suggested that the team work mode was implemented to improve the efficiency of employees and increase the income of tobacco farms.
