摘  要:人工智能肺炎辅助诊断系统在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疑似病例CT筛查中具有重要的临床应用价值。早期新冠患者影像特征差异明显,阅片医生在常规CT轴位寻找和定位病灶难度较大。多平面重建(MPR)技术斜位重组影像,多角度显示病灶的形态和征象,帮助医生快速定位病灶,提高诊断准确率。论文主要阐述MPR技术在肺炎辅助诊断系统中的应用优势及实现细节,并在临床试验中统计该技术的实用性。The artificial intelligence assisted diagnosis system for pneumonia has important clinical application value in CT screening of suspected cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19). The imaging characteristics of patients with early new crowns are significantly different,and it is difficult for the readers to find and locate the lesions in the conventional CT axis.Multi-planar reconstruction(MPR)technology obliquely reorganizes the image,displaying the shape and signs of the lesion from multiple angles,helping doctors quickly locate the lesion and improving the accuracy of diagnosis. This article elaborates on the application advantages and implementation details of MPR technology in the assisted diagnosis system for pneumonia,and counts the practicability of the technology in clinical trials.
