摘 要:粘度是润滑油最为重要的理化性能指标之一。润滑油粘度现场测量要求仪器具有操作简单、测量迅速等特点。论文基于Hele-Shaw流原理推导了测量粘度的计算公式,建立了粘度测量的数学模型,设计了测量装置。将润滑油和燃油按一定质量比配制油样,使用品氏粘度计和设计的测量装置进行了粘度测量,结果表明燃油质量比与油样运动粘度具有线性关系,设计的测量装置通过粘度标准液标定后可进行运动粘度测量。Viscosity is probably one of the most significant physical properties of lubricating oil. Measuring on site conditions,the apparatus is desired to be simple operation,rapid measurement,etc. Based on Hele-Shaw flow principle,the working formula of viscosity measurement is deduced,the mathematical model of viscosity measurement is established,the viscosity measurement apparatus is designed. Samples are compounded by diluting lubricating oil with fuel under a certain quality ratio. The viscosity is measured with pinot viscometer and designed measuring device. The similar results show a linear relationship between fuel quality ratio and the kinematic viscosity of samples. It indicates that the designed apparatus can be used to measure kinematic viscosity after the standard viscosity liquid calibration.
