摘 要:针对薄壁零件的难加工问题,基于SurfMill9.0软件研究了某薄壁镂空零件的高速铣削加工技术。首先在分析零件结构特点和加工难点的基础上,制定了薄壁镂空零件的小批量生产工艺;其次按照工艺规划,对零件进行了刀具路径设计,并通过过切检查和加工仿真验证了刀具路径的准确性,输出了安全、可靠的NC程序;最后利用在机测量与自动摆正技术,减少了上机加工之前工件的安装、定位误差。生产实践证明:使用该方法加工出的薄壁镂空零件,加工变形小、尺寸精度好、生产效率高,能够满足小批量生产要求。Aiming at the difficult machining problem of thin-walled parts,the high-speed milling technology of a thin-walled hollow part is studied based on SurfMill9.0.Firstly,based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and processing difficulties of parts,the small batch production process of thin-walled hollow parts is formulated.Secondly,according to the process planning,the tool path of the parts is designed,and the accuracy of the tool path is verified through over cutting inspection and machining simulation,and the safe and reliable NC program is output.Finally,the in-machine measurement and automatic straightening technology are used to reduce the installation and positioning errors of the workpiece before machining.The production practice shows that the thin-walled hollow out parts processed by this method have small processing deformation,good dimensional accuracy and high production efficiency,and can meet the requirements of small batch production.
