中俄跨境物流系统现状与优化

摘　　要：我国和俄罗斯跨境电商贸易正在高速发展时期,跨境电商是促进产业结构升级的新动力,大大促进了多边资源的优化配置与两国企业间的互利共赢,两国的政府部门为了促进跨境电商的发展也出台了许多跨境电商的扶持政策,不仅如此,企业也正在持续加强跨境电商领域的交流,但是在海关、运输、支付、贸易保障、供应链以及人力资源等领域还面临着许多亟待解决的困难。文章根据上述情况,提出了若干意见,希望能有效地促进我国和俄罗斯之间的跨境电商的发展,能使我国的跨境电商取得更快、更好、更加全面的发展。The cross-border e-commerce trade between China and Russia is developing at a high speed.The cross-border e-commerce is a new power to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure,which has greatly promoted the optimal allocation of multilateral resources and the mutual benefit and win-win situation between enterprises in the two countries.In order to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce,the government departments of the two countries have also launched many supportive policies for cross-border e-commerce.Apart from this,enterprises are also continuing to strengthen exchanges in the field of cross-border e-commerce,but in customs,transportation,payment,trade security,supply chain and human resources,enterprises are also facing many difficulties that need to be solved.Based on the above situation,the paper puts forward a number of suggestions,hoping to effectively promote the development of cross-border e-commerce Between China and Russia,and enable China’s cross-border e-commerce to achieve faster,better and more comprehensive development.
