摘 要:随着《汽车销售管理办法》出台,主机厂的备件垄断优势将被逐渐打破,传统的原厂供应商、品牌供应商和消费者受益最大,主机厂如何应对新政下的备件定价将是一个涉及多方利益的博弈问题。文章基于汽车零部件供应链建立Hotelling模型,研究结果发现,零售商的利润是制造商利润的2倍,另外,选择去4S店购买品牌件的客户比例与零售店购买品牌件的客户比例共同决定授权零售商的契约决策。With the introduction of the Automobile Sales Management Measures,the monopoly advantage of spare parts of OEMs will be gradually broken,and the traditional original suppliers,brand suppliers and consumers will benefit most.How OEMs deal with the pricing of spare parts under the new policy will be a game problem involving multiple interests.This paper builds a hotelling model based on the auto parts supply chain.The research results show that the retailer’s profit is twice that of the manufacturer.In addition,the proportion of customers who choose to buy brand parts in 4S stores and the proportion of customers who buy brand parts in retail stores jointly determine the contract decision of authorized retailers.
