摘 要:随着现代服务行业的转型升级以及全球化经济的迅速发展,港口作为连接国内外市场以及资源的重要节点,需要朝规模化、智慧化、绿色化等方向不断发展。文章首先以港口创新发展问题作为核心切入点,梳理港口发展趋势;其次,以国内外相关参考文献作为支撑,结合天津港实例,利用Fuzzy-ISM模型以及MICMAC方法对港口创新发展进行定性与定量相结合的全面分析;最终,基于Fuzzy-ISM模型以及MICMAC方法,提出当前环境下天津港创新发展路径,为国内外其他港口的深化发展提供技术方法和理论支持,助力新时代下生态港口体系建设。With the transformation and upgrading of the modern service industry and the rapid development of the global economy,the port,as an important node connecting domestic and international markets and resources,needs to develop its operation in the direction of scale,wisdom and sustainability.This paper firstly takes port innovation development as the core entry point and compares the development trend of ports at home and abroad;secondly,this paper uses the Fuzzy-ISM model and MICMAC method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of port innovation development by combining qualitative and quantitative aspects with the example of Tianjin port,supported by relevant references at home and abroad;finally,this paper proposes an innovative path for the development of Tianjin port under the current environment based on the Fuzzy-ISM model and MICMAC method,which provides technical methods and theoretical support for the deepening development of other ports at home and abroad and helps the construction of eco-port system in the new era.
