摘 要:为研究不同日龄骡鸭肝脏生长代谢物的变化差异情况,试验通过代谢组学分析70和90日龄公骡鸭肝脏差异代谢物。结果显示:70和90日龄骡鸭肝脏显著差异代谢物共44种,除包括氨基酸类(9种)、脂肪酸类(7种)、有机酸类(4种)、碳水化合物(9种)、维生素(4种)和核苷酸类(6种)等物质外,还有尿囊素、肾上腺素和D-鞘氨醇等显著差异代谢物。与70日龄骡鸭相比,90日龄骡鸭的肝脏差异代谢物表达上调的有6种,表达下调的差异代谢物有38种。代谢通路分析表明嘌呤代谢、癌症中的中枢碳代谢、环腺苷酸信号途径、脂肪细胞脂解的调控、蛋白质的消化与吸收等代谢通路在70和90日龄骡鸭的肝脏代谢中起主要调节作用。研究表明,这些代谢物的变化差异和参与的代谢通路大部分对骡鸭的肝脏生长均起到一定的保护作用,维持肝脏的生长。To study the changes of liver growth metabolites of mule duck at different ages, differential metabolites in liver of70-day-age male and 90-day-age mule duck were analyzed by metabonomics. The results showed that there were 44 significant metabolites in liver of 70-day-age and 90-day-age mule duck, including amino acids(9 species), fatty acids(7 species), organic acids(4 species), carbohydrates(9 species), vitamins(4 species) and nucleotides(6 species). It also included metabolites such as allantoin, adrenaline and D-erythro-sphingosine compared with 70-day-age mule duck, there were 6 up-regulated and 38 downregulated differentially expressed metabolites in liver of 90-day-age mule duck. Analysis of metabolic pathways showed that purine metabolism, central carbon metabolism in cancer, cAMP signaling pathway, regulation of lipolysis of adipocytes and protein digestion and absorption were the main regulatory pathways in liver metabolism of mule duck aged 70 and 90 days. The results indicated that most of these metabolites and the participating metabolic pathway played a protective role in liver production and maintain liver growth in mule duck.
