摘 要:为研究冬季鸡舍环境因子对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质及血液指标的影响,试验以全封闭笼养蛋鸡舍为研究对象,2021年10—11月在鸡舍的前、中、后位置分别设置前试验组、中试验组和后试验组,每日监测鸡舍内环境因子(温度、相对湿度、CO_(2)浓度、NH_(3)浓度)和生产性能指标,分析试验第30天蛋品质和血液抗体指标的变化。结果显示:舍内3个试验组温度、CO_(2)浓度和NH_(3)浓度存在显著差异,中试验组温度和CO_(2)浓度显著高于前、后试验组(P<0.05),后试验组NH_(3)浓度显著高于前、中试验组(P<0.05),中、后试验组相对湿度显著高于前试验组(P<0.05);后试验组蛋重显著高于前、中试验组(P<0.05),中试验组蛋壳厚度、IgA水平及IgG水平显著高于前、后试验组(P<0.05),中、后试验组IgM水平显著高于前试验组(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,鸡舍内温度与CO_(2)浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.01),相对湿度与NH_(3)浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.01),温度和产蛋率呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。研究表明,鸡舍内不同位置环境参数与蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血液指标均存在不同程度的差异和关联性,冬季在进行封闭式鸡舍内环境因子调控时,应注重舍内不同位置调控的差异性,根据相关性选择易调节的环境因子。In order to study the effects of environmental factors in the chicken house on production performance, egg quality and blood indexes of laying hens in winter, the experiment took the fully enclosed caged laying hens house as the object, the experiment lasted from October to November 2021. The front, middle and back test groups were established according to measuring points at the front, middle and back of the chicken house. The environmental factors(temperature, relative humidity, CO_(2)concentration, NH_(3)concentration) and production performance indexes in the chicken house were monitored every day, the changes of egg quality and blood antibody indexes on the 30th day of the experiment were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in temperature, CO_(2)concentration and NH_(3)concentration among the three environmental factors in the three test groups(P<0.05). The temperature and CO_(2)concentration in the middle test group were significantly higher than that in the front and back test groups(P<0.05), the NH_(3)concentration in the back test group was significantly higher than that in the front and middle test groups(P<0.05), and the relative humidity in the middle and back test groups was significantly higher than that in the front test group(P<0.05). The egg weight of the back test group was significantly higher than that of the front and middle test groups(P<0.05), the eggshell thickness, IgA level and IgG level of the middle test group were significantly higher than those of the front and back test groups(P<0.05), and the IgM level of the middle and back test groups was significantly higher than that of thefront test group(P<0.05). The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between temperature and CO_(2)concentration in the chicken house(P<0.01);There was a significant positive correlation between relative humidity and NH_(3)concentration(P<0.01);There was a significant negative correlation between temperature and egg production
