摘 要:饲料是维持畜禽生命的基础,也是畜禽产业可持续发展的枢纽。粉碎是饲料加工的关键步骤,适宜的粉碎粒度对节约饲料生产成本、提高饲料品质及发挥畜禽生产潜力具有积极影响。文章就饲料原料粉碎粒度的影响因素及其对饲料品质和肉鸡生产性能的影响作一综述,以期为肉鸡产业精准饲养技术体系的构建及节本增效技术研究提供支撑。Feed is the basis of maintaining livestock and poultry life, and also the hub of sustainable development of livestock and poultry industry. The particle size of feed raw materials is a key step in feed processing, and suitable particle size has significant influence on feed cost and production potential of livestock and poultry. In this paper, the factors affecting particle size of feed materials and their effects on feed quality and production performance of broilers were reviewed, in order to provide support for the construction of precision feeding technology system and the research of cost-saving and efficiency, enhancing technology in broiler industry.
