摘　　要：提升应急语言服务能力是加强我国应急管理与防灾减灾救灾工作的重要环节,顺应国家现代化治理能力建设趋势。本文调查分析了我国政府网站的应急语言服务现状,建议从以下几个方面来完善政府网站应急语言服务体系:1)丰富服务语种,提升语言服务能力;2)充实语言服务内容,优化多模态服务形式;3)有效应用“简明汉语”,提升信息传递效率;4)依托新媒体矩阵,形成协调联动、优势互补的发展格局。Improving emergency language service capacity is an important link in strengthening China’s emergency management and disaster prevention, mitigation and relief work, and conforms to the trend of building national modern governance capacity. Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of emergency language services on government websites in China, the strategies to improve the construction of emergency language service system on government websites were proposed, including enriching service languages and improving language service capacity;enriching the content of language services and optimizing multimodal service forms;effectively applying “Concise Chinese” to improve the efficiency of information transmission;relying on the new media matrix to form a coordinated and complementary development pattern.
