摘 要:矿井水余热、洗浴废水余热是煤矿企业可兹利用的余热资源。为合理利用低温水资源余热,最大化地发挥其绿色低碳优势,系统梳理矿井水余热、洗浴废水余热的不同利用技术应用现状,并对比分析各利用技术的优缺点。结果表明:矿井水余热可采用直接换热和热泵提热方式回收,采用直接换热技术回收的热能品味有限,一般仅能用于井筒防冻,后者采用热泵提高热能的品味,可满足井筒防冻、建筑采暖等热需求,但由于矿井水水质较差,换热器堵塞、结垢、腐蚀等问题仍有待解决;洗浴热水由于具有断续周期性,通常只能作为补充、辅助热源,其余热可采用污水源热泵或普通水源热泵回收,前者直接以洗浴废水为热源且易发生堵塞、结垢等问题,维护困难,后者采用中间介质置换洗浴废水余热,可保证热泵的稳定运行,但系统更为复杂且存在一定的热量损失。未来相关研究需侧重于水处理工艺、设备材质、储能等方面以克服矿井水及洗浴废水的水质差、不连续等问题,确保余热利用系统的稳定性和有效性。Mine water and bathing wastewater are usable low-temperature waste heat resources in coal mines.To utilize the waste heat properly,and to bring its low-carbon property into full play,different utilization technologies of mine water waste heat and bathing water waste heat were discussed and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages were compared.The results show that the mine water waste heat can be recovered by direct heat exchange and by heat pump.The temperature of the recovered energy in the former technology is relatively low,and it can be applied to antifreezing of the shaft.With heat pump,the energy level can be improved,and the recovered energy can be used for various occasions,such as antifreezing of the shaft,building heating and so on.However,due to the poor quality of mine water,blockage,corrosion and abrasion still need to be solved.The supply of bathing water is intermittent,and it should be used as a supplementary and auxiliary energy resource.Sewage source heat pump and water source heat pump are usually adopted for waste heat utilization of bathing water.The former one directly uses bathing water as heat resource,and the blockage,corrosion and abrasion tend to happen,which makes it difficult for maintenance.Intermediate medium is introduced in the latter one to procure the waste heat,and to ensure the stable operation of heat pump.However,the system is more complex and there exists a certain amount of heat loss.In the future study,the focus should be on the wastewater treatment process,equipment material,and heat storage,thus,the problems of poor water quality and discontinuity can be overcome,therefore,the stability of the wastewater heat utilization system can be ensured.
