摘 要:基于分散相粒子模型和渣粒动态聚合长大模型,通过铸造CAE仿真技术对铝合金手轮铸件的充型和凝固过程中渣粒的聚合长大和运动轨迹进行跟踪,并通过实验对仿真模型的可靠性进行了验证。在此基础上设计了5种浇注系统并进行挡渣模拟,以探索浇注系统设计对铸件夹渣行为的影响。结果表明:金属液在充型过程中的局部流场特点和充型路径对夹渣缺陷的分布有较大的影响,同时验证了冒口和离心集渣包具有明显的局部集渣作用。采用分散相粒子模型和渣粒动态聚合长大模型能有效地预测铸造过程中夹渣分布,为优化铸造工艺和减少夹杂缺陷提供参考。Based on the dispersed phase particle model and dynamic aggregation growth model,the agglomeration growth and the movement track of the slag particles in the filling and solidification process of aluminum alloy handwheel castings were tracked by the casting CAE simulation technology,the reliability of the simulation model is verified by experiments.Based on this,5 kinds of gating systems were designed and simulated to study the effect of gating system configuration on slag inclusion behavior.The results show that the characteristics of local flow field and filling path have great influence on the distribution of slag inclusion defects.The dispersed phase particle model and the dynamic aggregation growth model can be used to predict the slag distribution in the casting process,which can be used to optimize the casting process and reduce the inclusion defects.
