摘  要:印刷电路板式热交换器(PCHE)是一种基于化学蚀刻和扩散连接的微通道热交换器。PCHE应用于国内海洋石油平台时,常出现换热介质为超临界天然气的情况。为了探究不同介质流速、不同介质组分、不同板片结构对换热器流动传热特性的影响,采用FLUENT软件对天然气超临界流体物性、流动传热特征参数进行了系统分析。计算结果表明:流速对换热器的流动传热特性影响最为显著,其对流换热系数随流速升高呈线性升高趋势;通道直径为影响换热器流动传热特性的第二大因素;不同介质组分、不同板片厚度和不同通道间距对换热介质的范宁摩擦因子和平均表面对流换热系数影响可忽略不计。该研究成果可为未来PCHE工艺设计提供理论指导。Printed circuit board heat exchanger(PCHE)is a microchannel heat exchanger based on chemical etching and diffusion bonding.When PCHE is applied to domestic offshore oil platforms,it often occurs that the heat exchange medium is supercritical natural gas.In order to explore the effects of different medium flow rates,different medium components and different plate structures on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger,the physical properties,flow and heat transfer characteristic parameters of natural gas supercritical fluid are systematically analyzed by FLUENT software.The results show that the flow velocity has the most significant effect on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger and the convective heat transfer coefficient increases linearly with the increase of flow velocity.The channel diameter is the second largest factor affecting the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger.The effects of different medium components,plate thickness and channel rib width on the fanning friction factor and average surface convective heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchange medium can be ignored.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the process design of PCHE in the future.
