摘 要:介绍了蠕墨铸铁件批量生产的熔炼工艺及控制,详细阐述了原铁液炉料组成、液相线温度、合金化处理、蠕化处理温度、喂线控制、蠕化率检测等参数的控制工艺,并在不破坏铸件结构的情况下利用超声波检测技术检测铸件的蠕化率。生产结果表明,按照制定的熔炼工艺生产的铸件,其本体的蠕化率可以稳定控制在80%以上,珠光体体积分数可达85%,铸件本体抗拉强度能够稳定达到400 MPa以上,硬度为200~240 HB,伸长率≥1%,符合技术要求。The melting process and control of vermicular graphite iron batch production was introduced,and the process parameters control were described in details including the melting charge constitution of base iron,liquidus temperature,alloying treatment,vermicularizing treating temperatures,wire injecting control,vermicularity test,and under the condition of casting structure being not destroyed,using ultra-sonic testing technique to test the vermicularity of casting.The production result showed:for the castings produced by using the established melting process,the vermicularity of the casting body could controlled stably at higher than 80%,the pearlite volume proportion could reach 85%,tensile strength of casting body could stably reach higher than 400 MPa,hardness being 200~240 HB,elongation≥1%,meeting technical requirements.
